From this page, you can access support information and useful resources related to TME-supplied installations. Some of these items are basic and necessary, some are more esoteric. If there are things you need that aren't listed, please drop us a line.

We have a standard set of Support Contracts available. Bespoke terms can be worked out should you feel it necessary.

One of the basic support contract functions is Remote Management of your Server. If you are using SWGfL Broadband and want us to do this, you need to fill in and return this form to the appropriate person.

Basic instructions on support are available from this site. Adding Users onto a Windows Server and Adding Programs to Windows should help. These are aimed at small networks. If your system is more complex, then there are various software tools we will recommend to reduce management time.

We keep getting asked for handwriting fonts. Chris Jarman's set is both free and excellent. Download them from here for Windows, Mac and Acorn. His handwriting scheme is on there too in the Teaching Handwriting section.

As with all areas of school life, Internet use needs an official Policy. The ACITT have produced a good generic model, which is accessible here. This document is in Rich Text Format, and can be dropped into most wordprocessors.
