Extends the network beyond the

Cable that connects computer to

| Log On Screen |
What you see when you turn on a
Workstation. |

Name with which you log on |

Set of characters that help keep
your log on secure. |
| Domain |
Usually, the school name. Set by
the system. Don't touch. |
| Logon script |
Sets the machine up when you log
on. Makes sure the user gets the right resources and is
kept away from others. |

What is displayed on the screen
when you log on. |
| Paranoid |
What you need to be about
security. Always log off, never leave computers logged
on, never let pupils on to a computer when it is logged
on. |
