What a Support Visit covers


Prices given are exclusive of parts, but include all necessary labour, unlimited telephone support, unlimited email support and installation and update of any software you might wish.

The proviso on the last is that some software might be not work on the system for which is has been supplied. You can take advantage of our resources as a Curriculum Online registered retailer and Microsoft Authorised Education Reseller to ensure this sort of problem doesn't occur. All you need to do is put together a shopping list of programs and resources you need and send it through to our office. We can then assess the usability of the items, purchase at the best possible price and supply you with a solution rather than a pile of CDROMs.

Where possible, we will work with the School's own support staff to ensure routine tasks can be carried out by local staff without needing a site visit, thereby reducing your costs.

Emergency support requests will be dealt with as a priority.

TME have always made a practice of working with customers to achieve the best performance from their systems. To this end, our staff regularly work well beyond the normal working day and week, for which we make no extra charge.

The contract is not time limited. You pay for a number of hours on site support, and that is what you get.
