TME have almost 20 years of experience tailoring ICT solutions solely to education. We do not use any outside contractors and can fully support all elements of a school network. Certified Engineers
TME engineers are trained and certified on many of the products that we support and supply. This means you can be sure you are getting the best support possible. If we can't help with your problem then we have links to advanced technical support from companies such as Microsoft, Fujitsu, Epson and D-Link.
Location
TME are based on the Somerset and Devon border and so we are centrally placed to look after schools throughout the South West region. Engineer visits can be arranged at times that minimise system downtime.
Office Based Staff
TME also supports schools with office based technical support. In most cases we can resolve issues without needing a school visit.
Our remote management capabilities enable us to carry out the majority of support tasks including software deployment. Failing that we can ensure a site visit is arranged at a time that suits you.
CRB Checks
TME staff that visit schools are fully CRB checked. We maintain a health and safety policy covering all our work and we are fully insured. We value the safety of children and comply with all Local Authority requirements and guidelines.

Sometimes it is not possible to carry out maintenance during a working day and so our staff will work outside the usual office hours to ensure technical problems are resolved promptly.
